Effortless Teamevent Planning: Tailored to Your Needs

2.5 Hours – Customizable
Our team event is designed to last a total of 2.5 hours. The schedule is as follows:
- 15 minutes: A warm welcome, a brief introduction to the game and app, and team assignments.
- 2 hours: The active game time. Your teams will be out in the city, solving creative challenges.
- 15 minutes: A group wrap-up with an awards ceremony and a breakdown of the results.
Need a different schedule? No problem! We can flexibly adapt the schedule to your needs. Just let us know your requirements.
Flexible start/end location
While you have complete freedom, Marktplatz stands out as our most popular and recommended starting location – Stuttgart's historic central square right in front of the City Hall.
To offer you maximum flexibility in your planning, we are happy to adapt the start and end points to your schedule. For example, you can begin the event right at your office or hotel and finish at a restaurant of your choice. This flexibility applies to the entire city.

Bite into the Challenge: A Dental Team's Winning Day Out

The team from Zahnarztpraxis Meyer traveled from Lamstedt to Hamburg to take on the Urban Challenger. With great enthusiasm and humor, the teams tackled creative challenges, solving tricky tasks with impressive skill. In the end, Team "Summay" won with 110 points, taking home the well-deserved trophy. Hamburg-based fashion e-commerce company About You kicked off their Christmas party with an Urban Challenger game led by a remote Game Host. Teams dashed through the city's historic Speicherstadt, accompanied by their office dogs—including the aptly named "Paw-some Hustlers" team. The competition was fierce, with multiple teams scoring above 90 points and "The Winners" reaching an impressive 112 points, just shy of Hamburg's record.

STUGGIS because we're from Stuttgart and PROUD of it! The scavenger hunt through our own city as a team building workshop and you know what, we discovered corners we'd NEVER seen before! Up the Stäffele stairways, view over the valley, and at the top Jana said: I've lived here for ten years and didn't know it was THIS beautiful. Silly Walk down Königstraße, everyone laughed, at the flashmob on Schlossplatz four strangers clapped along! Barefoot in the castle garden, Maultaschen at the market, and in Swabian dialect we could FINALLY score points. 89 points and the realization: you don't have to travel to rediscover your city!

Onboarding, scavenger hunt Stuttgart, and we got INSTANTLY lost, not a problem though because Stuttgart has these crazy Stäffele, these stairways all over the city, and we just climbed up somewhere and suddenly stood on a viewpoint overlooking the whole city! Then Silly Walk down Königstraße, people looked at us like we were crazy, a kid joined in. At Schlossplatz team photo, and tried asking for directions in Swabian dialect, the answer was so thick we didn't understand a word but the guy was super nice. 75 points and three new people who now know that Stuttgart is STEEP, literally.

Company outing, scavenger hunt Stuttgart. Six people, measured pace. Started at Schlossplatz, up the Stäffele stairways to a viewpoint. View over vineyards, valley, city. During the Silly Walk on Königstraße a tourist filmed us. At the weekly market tried local produce, Maultaschen of course, because Stuttgart. Barefoot in the castle garden, despite autumn. Said "Grüß Gott" in Swabian. Was accepted. 101 points. For a turtle in Stuttgart, remarkable.

Stuttgart in November, when leaves lie in the Stäffele stairways and the city from above looks like a miniature landscape between hills. Our city rally as a team day began at Schlossplatz, where the New Palace stood in the afternoon light as if it had been waiting for us. During the Silly Walk through the pedestrian zone we laughed until our sides hurt, and a street musician spontaneously played the beat. In the castle garden then barefoot over wet grass, cold but alive. 71 points, but what remains is the view from Stuttgart's hills and the feeling that this city between the vineyards has more heart than its reputation suggests.

Company outing, city rally Stuttgart. Four people, measured pace. During the Silly Walk through Königstraße a passerby asked if we were rehearsing a choreography. We said no, even though it looked like it. At Schlossplatz the team photo, then barefoot through the castle garden, which in November weather proved ambitious. The Swap-it challenge yielded a Stuttgart coat of arms keychain after three trades. Fitting. Tried saying something in Swabian dialect. The baker smiled. 70 points. Stuttgart is greener than expected.
