Effortless Teamevent Planning: Tailored to Your Needs

2.5 Hours – Customizable
Our team event is designed to last a total of 2.5 hours. The schedule is as follows:
- 15 minutes: A warm welcome, a brief introduction to the game and app, and team assignments.
- 2 hours: The active game time. Your teams will be out in the city, solving creative challenges.
- 15 minutes: A group wrap-up with an awards ceremony and a breakdown of the results.
Need a different schedule? No problem! We can flexibly adapt the schedule to your needs. Just let us know your requirements.
Flexible start/end location
While you have complete freedom, Platz der Alten Synagoge stands out as our most popular and recommended starting location – a modern open square near the university, just steps from Freiburg's charming old town and the famous Münster.
To offer you maximum flexibility in your planning, we are happy to adapt the start and end points to your schedule. For example, you can begin the event right at your office or hotel and finish at a restaurant of your choice. This flexibility applies to the entire city.

Bite into the Challenge: A Dental Team's Winning Day Out

The team from Zahnarztpraxis Meyer traveled from Lamstedt to Hamburg to take on the Urban Challenger. With great enthusiasm and humor, the teams tackled creative challenges, solving tricky tasks with impressive skill. In the end, Team "Summay" won with 110 points, taking home the well-deserved trophy. The event not only strengthened team spirit but also proved that the best team-building experiences happen when you step out of your comfort zone.

Hamburg-based fashion e-commerce company About You kicked off their Christmas party with an Urban Challenger game led by a remote Game Host. Teams dashed through the city's historic Speicherstadt, accompanied by their office dogs—including the aptly named "Paw-some Hustlers" team. The competition was fierce, with multiple teams scoring above 90 points and "The Winners" reaching an impressive 112 points, just shy of Hamburg's record.

Freiburg in March, when the first warm days bathe the old town in soft light. Our city rally as a company outing began at the Minster square, where the farmers' market smelled of Black Forest herbs and fresh bread. The Lange Rote from the grill, shared between two, while the Minster towered above us. In the Bächle the sky was reflected, and if you looked closely you could hear the gentle splashing that makes this city so special. At the Schwabentor later the view back toward the old town, behind it the first hills of the Black Forest. For the climate challenge we counted solar panels and understood why Freiburg is considered Germany's greenest city. 89 points, and the taste of Freiburg that lingered on the tongue for days.

Onboarding, scavenger hunt Freiburg. Three new people, one afternoon in the sunniest city in Germany. At the Minster market ordered the Lange Rote, which worked as an icebreaker because nobody can eat a bratwurst elegantly. At the Martinstor and Schwabentor briefly studied the history. The Bächle in the streets are a remarkable urban planning detail. For the climate challenge found three examples of renewable energy, which in Freiburg is no challenge at all. Tried ordering in Alemannic. Result: communication unclear, mood good. 89 points. Onboarding at the Bachelors: passed.

I have to tell you about the Bächle first, even though we actually started at the Minster, because these little water channels in the middle of the street, who comes up with that, and Tina of course stepped in one, which according to Freiburg legend means you'll marry someone from Freiburg, but that's going too far now. The city rally through Freiburg was our team building workshop in October, and at the Minster market we tried the Lange Rote, this famous bratwurst that's longer than the roll. At the Schwabentor then photo, and for the climate challenge we counted three solar panels on buildings, although in Freiburg it's honestly hard NOT to find them. 75 points and Tina has not yet married anyone from Freiburg.
